Chad lives in New Braunfels with his wife and young children. He is a US Navy Veteran, having served in Operation Enduring Freedom aboard the USS Enterprise, and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. In his first year as an agent, he was named National Rookie of the Year and was awarded the President's Cup by Weichert, Realtors, joining the top 1% in sales for the company. He closed $6.4M in sales in 2016, was named Agent of the Year within his office and was recognized as a Top Producing Agent in the Southern Region of the United States. In 2017, he was again awarded the Presidents Cup as a result of closing $7M in sales. In 2018, he co-founded MIDCITI Realty and closed $11M in sales personally. In 2019, after being a licensed real estate agent for 4 years, Chad obtained a Texas real estate brokers license, and became the principal broker of MIDCITI Realty.

Michael has been in the customer service industry for 20 years and is passionate about helping people. In his first year in Real Estate, he sold $3.2M in sales volume and was given the Executive Award. In 2017, he was awarded with the President's Cup and finished #1 in the Southern Region for closing over $7.3M in Real Estate and in the top 1% of the company. In 2018, Michael co-founded MIDCITI Realty to continue the journey of offering valued customer service to his Clients. Michael lives in New Braunfels.
